Terms of Service

These terms explain how Neo 4K Pro subscriptions, renewals, payments, and support are handled.

Subscriptions

A subscription is created only after payment is confirmed by the gateway. Account details are sent by email and saved to the client dashboard.

Renewals

Renewals use the selected package duration and the saved Xtream username and password. If a renewal cannot be provisioned automatically, support can review the order record.

Lawful Use

Neo 4K Pro does not host or store video files. Customers are responsible for using compatible apps, devices, and subscriptions lawfully in their location.
